Deploying FactoryOS at
Precision Associates

We recently deployed FactoryOS at Precision Associates, Inc. (PAI), a manufacturer of precision rubber seals, O-rings, and molded components for demanding industrial applications.
The deployment brings predictive maintenance to critical equipment across PAI's operation. Wireless sensors continuously monitor vibration, ultrasound, and temperature, giving the team one place to follow machine health and see how it changes over time.
Catching changes earlier
FactoryOS establishes how each monitored machine normally runs and looks for meaningful changes in its condition. When behavior begins to drift, PAI's team can review the underlying measurements, compare them with earlier readings, and decide what to inspect before a developing issue becomes an unexpected failure.
This gives the maintenance team a clearer picture between routine checks. Instead of relying on a single reading or waiting for an obvious symptom, they can follow trends across the equipment and investigate changes with the evidence in front of them.

Built for the equipment on the floor
The sensors mount directly to the equipment and report wirelessly to FactoryOS. Each one captures three-axis vibration, ultrasound, and temperature without requiring PAI to replace its existing controls or connect every machine to a new system.
That makes it practical to begin with the assets that matter most, establish a baseline, and expand coverage over time.
One part of FactoryOS
Predictive Maintenance is one part of FactoryOS, our AI operating system for factories. We are building one modular platform for equipment health, SCADA and HMI, machine control, and plant-wide operational intelligence.
At PAI, the work starts with better visibility into equipment condition. The same platform can grow with the operation as new assets, data sources, and workflows are added.

Thank you to the PAI team for working closely with us throughout the deployment. If your team wants earlier warning of developing equipment problems, talk with us about your machines.
